During the jacking process of the Pipe Jacking machine, measures should be taken to deal with the following emergencies: the pipe position deviation is too large and the correction is ineffective; the jacking force exceeds the allowable jacking force of the pipe end; abnormal phenomena occur in the oil pump and oil circuit; the tool pipe encounters obstacles in front; the back wall is severely deformed; the top iron is twisted. Correction method: dig soil correction: that is, dig less soil on one side of the pipe and dig more on the other side, forcing the pipe to deviate to the other side when advancing.

TP type earth pressure balance pipe jacking machine is a medium and large diameter pipe jacking machine suitable for a wide range of soil types. It has the function of improving the soil: by adding mud, the original soil that does not have plasticity, fluidity and permeability can be turned into soil with good plasticity, fluidity and impermeability. The principle and steps of the auxiliary pipeline of the pipe jacking machine are usually divided into the laying of the working pipe or the guide tube. First, the guide hole is drilled along the required trajectory, and then the borehole is expanded to increase the aperture to meet the requirements of the working pipe. In the second step, the back-pull process, the working pipe is connected to the reamer through a rotary joint and pulled into the expanded borehole as the drill rod is pulled back. The detector or probe can be installed in the drill bit or in a place close to the drill bit. The probe sends a signal, which is received or tracked by the ground receiver, so that the direction, depth and other parameters of the borehole can be monitored. In places where the borehole trajectory cannot be stably tracked from the surface, or where the drilling depth is too large and the positioning accuracy is difficult to ensure by radio frequency methods, a cable-type guide system can also be used, and its cable is connected through the drill rod. Most pipe jacking machines use drilling fluid to assist the rock-breaking drill bit. The drilling pressure is applied from the tail of the drill pipe. The drill bit usually has an inclined surface, so a straight hole is drilled when the drill bit rotates continuously. When the drill bit is kept in a certain direction without rotating and pressurized, the borehole will be deviated. A mixture of bentonite and water is a commonly used drilling fluid or "mud". It can keep the carried rock cuttings in a suspended state and can be filtered through a circulation system. After the pilot hole construction is completed, the thixotropic mud can keep the hole wall stable to facilitate back expansion. The working pipe or conduit is generally a polyethylene pipe or a steel pipe, which is picked up behind the reamer while the hole is being expanded.
